If the ordered goods arrive incomplete, this must be reported within 24 hours using the contact form. If the deadline of 24 hours expires, the goods are deemed to have been definitely accepted.
Swiss Post is liable for any damage to the delivery. The damage must always be reported to the nearest post office. If a corresponding damage report is received by the post office, we can immediately send you a replacement delivery. More about this on Post.ch
